US Soccer, ECNL, NPL, and FYSA have recently announced that the National League is moving to FCL in Florida. In the 2026/27 transition year FYSA will be handling the bridge to competition with FCL. FSPL will continue to operate as a promotion relegation league within FYSA in combination with the Regional League affiliates. The new structure appears to have a promotion path all the way to a combined ECNL/NPL National Tier.
